I guess that may be me but when I learned how to treat person especially a customer is to drop my personal conversation and help the person standing in front of me. We'll first of all I had to wait while the women at the desk finished there personal conversation. I went this evening to the players club cause the free play did not show correctly on my promotion I received in the mail. I am so disappointed that I spent my money at a place that you do not get a great level of service for. Was not crowded on a Friday in the morning or early afternoon.First of all I have spent way to much money at this casino which is my fault, so much that I reached Legend status on there Players Club card.

All in all, in our opinion, the nicest of all the casinos we have visited in Ohio & Pa. **Plenty of room in aisles between machines.

All on one floor with easy and close restroom access. We thought lay-out was perfect and décor very nice. Heard people saying good things about buffet (another eatery there) today - it looked good and wasn't particularly expensive - plan to try it next time for sure. Hard Rock Café served us some nice sandwiches for lunch and was exceedingly clean as were restrooms. Bakery just inside south entrance to 'catch' some breakfast pastry or a salad on arrival. Overall, casino is very clean with service workers noticeably cleaning empty slots. 8 (use this entrance and drive up to 'South Entrance' to 'casino' for easy drop-off). First, it's very easy to get to - just a few minutes from the Ohio Turnpike or route 271. Visited Rocksino today with my wife & 94 yr old mother, who loves to gamble. If you visit our area you will have an enjoyable experience and will likely come back ! Good hotels in Macedonia and Twinsburg just a few minutes away. No table games at this casino but plenty of variety with the video terminals.There's a comedy club and a theater for rock concerts and other performances. There are excellent restaurants at the site-the deli and buffet are both very good, the high end steakhouse named after Bernie Kosar, former Browns quarterback, frankly delivers poor value for the money. The casino is adjacent to a harness racing facility and provides plenty of entertainment for an all day excursion. Hit the Cleveland and Akron areas for a wealth of great things to do and places to see including the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland Museum of Art, Football Hall of Fame, Science Center, Theater District and the tremendous evening entertainment areas in downtown Cleveland for a night on the town. A 'must experience' if you visit our area, There are not many other attractions nearby, but a Kalahari is coming soon.
